Are obsolete email addresses (previously removed by bounce back handling) added back in when I upload contacts?
No: obsolete email addresses that were previously removed by bounce back handling will be refused with a "Previously removed by bounce back handling" error message.
An "overrule" option will be available though, in case the email address is active again.
