How do I upload contacts from Windows Live Hotmail?

• Login to your Windows Live Hotmail account.
• On the right side of the toolbar in your inbox, click Options, then "More options" in the drop down list.
• Under the "Customize your Contacts" section, click "Export Contacts".
• Click "Export Contacts".
• In the File Download dialog box, click Save.
• Choose a location and click OK to save the file.  You can upload this file on the "Add/Import Contacts" page under the "Manage Contacts" tab.
