In our email last week, instructions for using the Select Function to create an email group were incomplete. Please see below, or the attached revised release note, for complete instructions on using this new function.Using the Select Function to Create an Email Group
The new select function allows you to choose specific attendees, companies and company reps to whom you want to send an email.
To use this function,
Check off the names on the list using the checkbox in the far left column of the table
Using the Filter drop-down, choose "Selected". Click Filter to display a subset of the list.
Click on Batch to initiate the email.
Use "clear filter" to return to the entire list.
