Ultra High Temperature Connectors

Hamitherm introduces a new product-line for high temperature applications. The body of the connectors is made of a ultra high temperature thermoset material in the color red/brown. The connector body is sandwiched by two stainless steel brackets for usage in a robust environment.

This new line of thermocouple connectors comes with a large variety of accessories:

Braze/Crimp-adapters Our standard crimp-inserts will fit in this ultra high temperature connector, however for high temperature applications we also offer stainless steel adapters which can be used to braze or crimp on MI-cable. The stainless steel brackets give extra strength to the connector assembly. Datasheet: Download PDF	Wire Clamp Bracket The wire clamp bracket replaces the bottom bracket of the sandwich contruction, this also fits around the body to keep the maximum strength. Tube Adapters Like with the wire clamp bracket this tube adapter also replaces the bottom bracket of the sandwich construction. The tube adapter is made of stainless steel, except for a brass ferrule. This product is available in several sizes. Datasheet: Download PDF	U-Bracket The U-bracket can be used to mount two connectors on duplex wire or MI-Cable. The U-Bracket is available with a braze/crimp tube, wire clamp bracket or tube adapter.
