Thank you for participating in our recent saddle and saddle cloth survey.
We had a huge response from a diverse range of kiwi equestrians. Over the next month or so, we'll share the results of the survey with you, some of the feedback we got was quite surprising!

Are You Going To Equidays?
 We are! Join us at the first national showcase of New Zealand's equine industry which will be held over three days 18-20th November.
Equidays will encompass all aspects of the industry; from demonstrations to exhibition stalls, clinic sessions to competitions.

Something A Little Special
Just when we think we've seen everything, every now and then we'll stumble across something completely unique and just a little bit special.
nannasalmi™ is a horsehair jewellery collection created from horsehair, precious metals and stones.
Each piece is completely hand-fashioned from your own horse's hair. Check out the photos on their website, they are simply amazing.
So here's our challenge; If you've seen something horse related online (whether on facebook, twitter or just surfing the net) that you think is completely unique and more than a little bit special; visit our facebook page and share it on our wall, with the opening line "Here's something a little special..."
We'll select a 'winner' every month, yip there'll be a prize ;) and share your best finds with our readers.
The finishing touches are being put on our new website, which is on track to go live in October. Thestablehand store will be cram packed with innovative NZ equestrian products and tried and trusted brands. We look forward to sharing these with you very soon.
