     Greetings Pastor2Youth.com Member/Subscriber,

     There is always new information to share about what is happening at Pastor2Youth.com. It is a joy to be able to share with all of you the exciting things happening and the new resources available to all users. I pray that you will find this information useful and will be blessed by the features and resources at Pastor2Youth.com that are intended to help you in your ministry to youth. Please allow me to share with you some news and announcements about the highlights, help, and resources at your disposal.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! Please read all the way through as this letter effects your newsletter subcription.

     Dear Pastor2Youth friends,

     I thank the many of you who have paused and taken some time to e-mail me directly to share how you have used Pastor2Youth and how it has benefited you and/or your ministry. It has been letters like yours that have continued to keep me motivated and excited to build the website even more and continue to maintain everything on there for FREE.

     As we continue to grow and impact youth workers all over the world, I am excited to announce a new partnership with Doug Fields and Simply Youth Ministry. Doug’s ministry offers some of the most practical and time saving resources available for those who work with students and I would encourage you to check out what is available at SimplyYouthMinistry.com.

     To allay any concerns, Pastor2Youth.com will continue to function as it has all along and will continue to seek the submissions of its users for new game ideas, PowerPoint games, lessons, and anything else that has benefited your ministry. Additionally, Pastor2Youth.com will remain 100% FREE! But now it is a joy for me to be able to offer to all a site full of freebies to enhance and partner with these fantastic resources of Doug Fields so that you can get the best of both worlds.

      Finally, one last element to make you aware of. In this partnership, Pastor2Youth.com will make available the newsletter subscription list to SimplyYouthMinistry.com so that you can receive the blessing of their newsletter and resources. They send out a monthly and mid-monthly newsletter with all kinds of helpful resources, interviews, tips, specials, and more. This is a very valuable resource which I highly recommend. Simply Youth Ministry is also committed to never giving or selling your e-mail address to anyone. I wanted to let all Pastor2Youth.com subscribers know that if you would like to be unsubscribed from Pastor2Youth.com and have your account deleted so that your e-mail address is not shared with Simply Youth Ministry you have exactly two weeks to do so. I would like to encourage you all to stay, as both Pastor2Youth and Simply Youth Ministry will protect and value your information and only provide you with the regular newsletters to help you and your ministry.

At Pastor2Youth.com changes are taking place. If you have not been there in a while you should stop by and check them out. Even if you have been there recently, you too should stop by and check them out.

     One of the first things you will notice is that there is a "new look" to pastor2youth.com. This is not a complete website overhaul, but we are always working to improve the site. This includes aesthetically as well. As you come to visit pastor2youth now you will find a new color scheme, new banners, and new resources available.

     I highly encourage you to take a few minutes to stop by and see all the new and exciting things happening. Additionally, keep stopping by each day as new material will be added, especially in the YM Exchange as we work on uploading a lot of new, special freebies provided by Simply Youth Ministry for you. These will continue to be added on a daily basis until we have everything caught up.

     Thanks for the great support of Simply Youth Ministry in their graphic expertise, we are able to make pastor2youth look even better.

     At Pastor2Youth.com I believe that NO Youth Worker is an “average” Youth Worker – you all are making an impact for the kingdom of God – and that is HUGE!!!

     If you are familiar with Pastor2youth.com our feature called "In the Trenches" interviews and highlights Youth Workers from around the world. Well, we have almost exhausted our database of interviews from those who have completed them. So this is where we need YOU!!!

     Are you working in youth ministry (full-time, part-time, volunteer)? Do you want to share what God has been doing in your ministry? If you would be WILLING to be interviewed and have your ministry “highlighted” on Pastor2Youth.com, please don’t be shy (or humble) and send me an e-mail at interviews@Pastor2Youth.com and let me know. We are about out of those who have submitted an interview, so we are in need of more. So, PLEASE e-mail me if you are willing (trust me, it doesn't hurt a bit). Keep an eye out for new Interviews to be posted on a regular basis.

     I am very excited to be able to highlight individuals who are "in the trenches" of youth ministry and working every day to impact the lives of students with the Gospel. It is always amazing to see how God is working in our lives and how He is working in different parts of the world - all for the same purpose - so that we may come to know HIM and know His saving Grace and Mercy.      Another reminder as well: You can personalize your password to make it easy to remember for the future. Once you log in, click on the "My Account" link in the left-hand column. Inside there, you will find a link titled "Change Your Info". If you click there, you can personalize as much of your account information as you would like, including the option at the bottom to change your password. Enter the new password twice and push save - then you don't have to worry about trying to keep track of, or remembering, that crazy automated password you received when you first registered at Pastor2Youth.com.
