Documentaries that move and inspire
In cooperation with Filmhuis Den Haag
During the filmprogramme 'Wanted Creativity', four documentaries were shown, from 17 through 20 June in the Filmhuis Den Haag, each documentary introduced by a speaker; Rainer Bullhorst, Timo de Rijk, Chris Reinewald and Jan Konings. The documentaries attracted a lot of people and afterwards lively discussions took place with the audience. Read more

Secretary General for Defence welcomes police officers Saturday 5 June, The Hague
On Saturday 5 June the international police officers who came to The Hague for the project 'Politie-Polizei-Carabi...', were welcomed by the Secretary General for Defence Ton Annink at the Plein. On the stairs of the Ministry for Defence a group picture was taken together with the cars with a new design for a 'European police identity'. Read more

Bigger than life police officers (3 meters) from 22 European countries attract a lot of people in the Atrium in The Hague City Hall. The policemen are part of the exhibition 'Politie-Polizei-Carabi...'. Is it conceivable that one day the police in Europe will wear one and the same uniform? Read more

Exhibition 'Fairly Democratic' Through 4 July, De Affiche Galerij The Hague
De Afiche Galerij (the poster gallery) in the tramtunnel in The Hague is the decor of an exhibition with posters designed by students from Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam and the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague. Read more
