Ad Hoc Reporting Enhancements

With this release, we continue to build out the ad hoc reporting capabilities. You can now search on multiple variables to create a subset of your attendee, company and company rep lists.

1-on-1 Scheduling Improvements

It is easier than ever to schedule 1-on-1 meetings with a new "DO ALL" functions for company meetings.  This function schedules all meetings for a company with one-click.  The system uses information on the company's presentation time, the company's preferences for meetings, and attendee request ratings to prioritize the scheduling of meetings.

MeetMax will now keep a record of which administrative userid made changes to attendee and company contact information, meeting requests, availability, and meeting schedules.

MeetMax can provide a basic level of integration with your company's CRM system.  This will enable the CRM system to request and receive filtered lists of attendees.  If you would like to use this functionality, please contact us with the contact information for the member of your IT department that we can work with to customize the integration to work with your systems.
