5th Annual Barn Burner Bar-B-Q at Lambs Farm
Things get hot and spicy as Lambs Farm hosts the
5th Annual Barn Burner Bar-B-Q Competition sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. The smoky food festival features Friday night's Chili Challenge Cook-Off, contests, demonstrations, raffles, vendors, beer tent, live music and more!
 
Teams will have the chance to show their barbeque skills in four categories: pork, beef brisket, ribs and chicken.  Contestants can choose to compete in any and all categories; however, in order to be eligible for the Grand Champion title, teams must compete in all four categories.
 
There will be many winners in the barbeque competition, and the Grand Champion will be invited to the Great American Barbeque and the American Royal Invitational, and entered into a drawing for a chance to compete at the Jack Daniels World Championship.
