Measuring attitudes and preferences and finally the true motivation of a candidate is often one of the most difficult aspects of a selection interview. There is always the risk that the candidate answers what he thinks you want to hear. Thanks to the Attitude-based Radar interview, you prevent these "expected answers" and you learn from the candidate what you really want to know:
- How will this person behave in his/her new function?
- Will this person have the adequate attitudes and motivation to comply with his/her tasks?
- Will this person adapt to the culture of our organisation?
Thanks to this approach, you will already have the certainty:
- that you select the adequat candidate;
- that a person with little experience has the potential to develop the competences expected
- that the candidate chooses your organisation because you talk his language
