A LOT OF BOTTLE
Something struck me during one of my gym workouts! POP! It hit me... Looking around the gym and seeing how others are doing can be quite uplifting, well that is until you see the guy wearing the muscle suit doing one-armed chin-ups. Okay, I exaggerate. But seeing others who are new starters can show you how far you have come, but, then again, seeing those who are so much more advanced can show you how much more you have to do and how much deeper into the vaults of drive and hard work you have to dig.
WHICH BOTTLE DO YOU DRINK FROM?
However, something far more significant than this struck me. There was something that marked out the high achievers, something more than just doing one-armed pull-ups! I used this method to determine those who had the success mind-set and those who did not. Of course, it’s not always fair to label people as being successful or unsuccessful, so I was very careful to ensure that my findings would check out and have some essence of credibility about them.
EARLY BIRD GETS THE EARLY WORM
So I started going to the early morning sessions to research this some more, this is the part of the day that only the most driven of people get to the gym, or so I thought! I found the gym bristling with some old, and I mean really old, people. Some were in their 80s. Yes, there was the usual crowd of early morning "get it out of the way exercise before work" fraternity. So I used my time to squeeze in a few brief chats with other gym users to ascertain my findings. Because, you see, one thing stuck out about those successful people that set them apart from the average achievers. I am not going to say that the ones not drinking from the bottle of success were failures ... no! Everyone can change; everyone is looking for the secret success formula!

DRINK THE ELIXIR OF SUCCESS
I found that gym members using certain drinks and drinking bottles were more successful in life than others not using these. I spoke to one man in his 80s who was using the success bottle I had determined as a “success” aid. Sure enough, he was a retired CEO of a successful company. On the other hand, I managed a brief “hello” to a man in his 30s using the “not so successful” bottle, and it turned out, after chatting a few more times, that he was having problems in his life.
UNLOCK THE BOTTLE AND LET THE GENIE OUT
After months of studying and talking to many different gym users, I have concluded that, indeed, successful people or those with a success mindset drink from a particular type of bottle and drink a particular drink. If used correctly you can use this information to help change your life.
MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE - ARE YOU A SKIMMER?
Of course, if I were to have revealed my findings to you early on in this newsletter then you may have just brushed them aside as piffle. But my aim is to get you thinking, to get you to actually diagnose your own situation in life and how you can turn it around for the better, if indeed it needs turning around. What’s the point of skimming through this newsletter, because if that is the case, that you are skimming, then that is how you are going through life ... skimming!
DRINK FROM THE BOTTLE OF SUCCESS
As I surreptitiously gathered my research material, I discovered my findings were correct. The group using the “success” bottles were, in fact, most likely to be successful people or people with a success mindset. What, though, is success? One of those in the success group was a female in her late 20s, she wasn’t wealthy in terms of money, but I discovered that she had big plans to move her life along the right roads until she achieved success, so she had a success mindset.
MY FINDINGS
Yes, eventually we are here! But slow down! Let’s actually learn something from it, yes!
REGULAR GROUP
Branded drinks bottles of sports drinks: all the top brands, which I am not going to name.
Branded drinks bottles of water: all the top brands, which I am not going to name.
SUCCESSFUL GROUP
Unbranded drinks bottles, containers or homemade drinks dispensers: content of which was filled at home by the user. The content was either a homemade fruit/water drink, water filled from a larger container at home or a self-made isotonic drink.
NOW WHAT?
By looking at the most minutiae of detail in our lives and starting from that timeline and working outwards, we can define if we are on the right path or not. Without thinking about it, successful people can make decisions that instantly put them on the path to success, and they have all started doing so right at grass roots level. Without thinking about it, they started saving money by not buying expensive branded drinks, they weren’t pulled along by the advertising ... they thought for themselves and got out of the box. They carried this success formula right through their lives and into every aspect of their being.
SUCCESS IN A BOTTLE CONCLUSION
So will changing your drinks bottle for a “success” bottle at the gym lead to a life of success? Well, why not give it a go and start from there, start thinking for yourself. Don’t just take things for granted that others are pushing your way, start and question things for yourself, start and ... well you get the message!

I am so pleased to have teamed up with Lisa Tenzin-Dolma. I have to say that Lisa has added so much depth to the Inspire Me CD. It would have been so easy to have opted for the vocal backing of a session singer ... but that would have been an easy and soft option, and many would fall into this way of just doing it the fast and easy way. But no! Justice had to be done to this self-help audio CD. The vocal backing has blended so well with the spoken word. The marriage of narration and lyrics in each of the six tracks is perfect.
The first track, A Brand New Day, was put out for review on YouTube, and the feedback from many of you helped in creating a reworking of this track, which again your YouTube feedback was of so much help that the final version, which is on the CD, is just so empowering.
Our Musical Director, Lee Finan, has worked on the elements in each track so that they fit into a cohesive structure that is more than just pleasing to the ear. The magic of maestro Lee Finan in putting this together makes for a well crafted arrangement, and the emotions the different parts transmit is down to the breath-taking work of Lee Finan and Lisa Tenzin-Dolma.
When I listen to this it gives me goose bumps ... there are some massive tracks on it. Every track seems just right. I have practically blown my speakers as I let the CD play. I know some like to hit the skip or fast forward button when listening to CDs, but the highs and lows of each track are there for a reason! What reason? Listen and you will know. There is plenty of deep meaning hidden behind the lyrics to keep your brain in good shape.
This Inspire Me CD has something for everyone on it, and is safe to listen to while driving, operating machinery or even just to send you off to sleep last thing at night. No hidden subliminals, it’s a CD to lift your spirits.
I know, after listening to one track in particular I thought to myself, “Pretty catchy, isn’t it?” I have to say that this CD is produced surprisingly well, especially if you consider the night oil burned by everyone involved.
The Inspire Me CD will certainly keep you “aspiring” for awhile.
(Although the CD is available now from the site, no specific official release date has been given yet for a full commercial release, but looks to be a summer 2011 date).
