The Consulate General of France in Houston & Rice Media Center are pleased to announce the showing of the Palme d'Or winner “The Class” (Entre les murs) on Tuesday, December 8 at 10AM at Rice Media Center (Rice University, 6100 Main Street, MS 5-549, Houston, TX 77005)
The film is presented with English subtitles.
This project encourages high school and university students and also the public at large to discover contemporary French cinema.
This program has also been designed to answer the need of teachers to generate critical discussions in the classroom.
Additionally, a free teacher training on the movie will take place on Monday, December 7
from 6pm to 8pm , Language Lab 1 at Lone Star College-CyFair, 9191 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, TX 77433
