March 2010 Software Release
On March 1, 2010, The Wall Street Transcript put into production a new release of its MeetMax.com online registration system. The new release addresses requirements received from clients and includes fixes to client-reported bugs. A complete description of the functions in the new release is attached.
Expanded Emailing Capabilities
With this new release, two client requirements related to emailing have been addressed.
You can now select the attendees, companies or company reps to whom you want to send a batch email.
You can elect to send an email to the Sales Reps instead of the Attendee. This will allow you to email attendee meeting schedules to Sales Reps
Ad Hoc Reporting Enhancements
With this release, we continue to build out the ad hoc reporting capabilities. You can now search on multiple variables to create a subset of your attendee, company and company rep lists.
Company Availability Reporting Enhancement
From the Company List you can now filter the company list to identify the list of companies who have specified availability on a given day.
Company Rep Deletion Log
You now have a deletion log to track deletions of company reps. Similar to the Attendee deletion log, the company rep deletion log tracks the username of the administrator who deleted the company rep and provides for the ability to assign a reason for the deletion. From the company rep deletion log, a company rep can be reinstated.
