A new symbol for Europe
www.designdenhaag.eu We expected a total of about 400 entries and we have received an overwhelming 1416 ideas for a new symbol for Europe! The ideas are coming from 63 counries of which 33 countries outside of Europe. This week the international jury will start with the first online voting round. A project by Design Den Haag
The styles of Central Government In cooperation with Projectteam 1 Logo In cooperation with projectteam 1 Logo, Design Den Haag is working on a publication about the visual identity of the Dutch government. The publication gives an overview of all the ministerial visual identities used in the past that will disappear once the common visual identity for the government will be implemented. This publication will be presented at the symposium 'The styles of Central Government' on 4 June 2010. Read more

European Bench continued During the project 'European Bench', 30 students from The Hague University, faculty Industrial Product Design, have developed concepts for European meetingplaces.
