How do I change the welcome message, the welcome e-mail, the confirmation e-mail etc of a form?
Choose "Create/Edit Forms" under the "Website Forms" tab, then click "Edit Form Settings" to the right of your form.
You can edit the welcome message, the welcome e-mail, the confirmation e-mail and various other settings on this page.
