What happens if I upgrade to a higher plan when I've already prepaid for several months?
If you choose to upgrade to a higher plan on the "Upgrade/Downgrade" page under the "My Account" tab, you will be charged the DIFFERENCE between the new and the old plan for the REMAINING months.
